Terms of Service

Concrete Coating Bros — Effective date: October 4, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, services, communications, and text-messaging program of Hydro Solutions LLC, doing business as Concrete Coating Bros ("Concrete Coating Bros," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Services, submitting any form or visualizer content, or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Services

Concrete Coating Bros provides residential and commercial epoxy flooring, polyaspartic coatings, garage floor coatings, and related services throughout the Kentuckiana area. All estimates are free and non-binding until a written proposal is signed by both parties. Project schedules, pricing, and materials are subject to site inspection and change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract to request services or subscribe to our SMS program.

3. Form Submissions, Images, and Information

By clicking or tapping a button that submits a form, quote request, booking request, visualizer request, or other content through our Services, you automatically agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. You authorize us to collect, save, store, and use the information and images you submit, including contact information, project details, property information, uploaded photographs, and visualizer images, to evaluate your project, prepare and provide estimates, communicate with you, schedule and perform services, maintain business records, improve our Services, and comply with legal obligations.

You represent that you have the right and permission to submit any image or information you provide and that doing so does not violate another person's privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights. We may retain submitted images and information for as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Submission does not transfer ownership of your images to us.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program (A2P 10DLC)

By providing your mobile number and opting in — through our website form, chat widget, verbal or written consent, or by texting us first — you expressly consent to receive text messages from Concrete Coating Bros at the number provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or automated technology. Our quote forms state this directly: by submitting a request you agree we may call, text or email you about your project, and message rates may apply. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase, and you may opt out at any time as described below.

5. Estimates, Quotes, and Payment

Verbal quotes are estimates only. A signed written proposal governs scope, price, timeline, and warranty. Deposits, payment terms, and cancellation terms are set out in that proposal. Unpaid balances may accrue interest at the maximum rate permitted by Indiana law.

6. Warranty

Concrete Coating Bros stands behind its work. Qualifying coating installations are backed by a 1-year written warranty. The exact scope, conditions, exclusions, and transferability of the warranty are stated in your signed proposal, which controls. Except as expressly written there, the Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Acceptable Use of the Website

You agree not to (a) use the Services in violation of law; (b) interfere with or disrupt the Services; (c) attempt unauthorized access; (d) scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse content; or (e) submit false, misleading, or infringing information.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website — including text, images, logos, and designs — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

9. Third-Party Services

Our site uses third-party tools (e.g., chat widget, analytics, ad pixels, scheduling). Their use is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers

We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Photographs of completed work depict past projects; actual results vary based on substrate, environment, and materials selected.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Concrete Coating Bros and its owners, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Services or website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from the website (excluding signed project contracts) will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless us from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Services, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Indiana, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

14. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Effective date." Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
